M AZA BEATS

Chilled late night @ M AZA's place and listened 

to some really good music. His beats create a

visual effect that makes me think "This is like a

movie I wish I could see." He has a solo instrumental 

album on the way...his hat collection is on point. Like

a pyramid  of awesomeness.

BRILLIANT WORLD is proud to announce it's first online 

CREATIVE COMPETITION 2009

The title of this competition 

is "WHOSE WORLD IS THIS?"  

The theme of this competition is 

"IF I RULED THE WORLD" 

based on the songs

"IF I RULED THE WORLD" by NAS feat. LAURYN HILL

and

"IF I RULED THE WORLD" by KURTIS BLOW

Entries should be your version of a BRILLIANT WORLD. How you express yourself to make your world shine bright.

All submissions will need to incorporate the words BRILLIANT WORLD.

All mediums will be accepted in digital format. (including music)

ALL SUBMISSIONS are to be posted to BRILLIANT WORLD'S WALL on FACEBOOK using LINK, PHOTO or VIDEO.

Your production time for this competition is two weeks starting today.

That is AUGUST 11th through AUGUST 26th.

SUBMISSIONS are restricted to two entries per person.

Posting your entry due date AUGUST 27th&28th.

Posting before or after will result in a deleted entry.

Voting will take place over one week  AUGUST 29th through SEPTEMBER 5th.

You can promote your entry all you want. In order to vote you must be listed as a 

FAN of BRILLIANT WORLD on FACEBOOK. (More info on how to vote will be released after final post date.)

All in the chase... NYC

Had to cruise into NYC to pick something up 

I have been working real hard to get for a long time.

Shot of the city coming in on NJ Transit.

I love listening to music while cruising on the 

train and looking at the writing on the walls.

While I was taking this photo a guy in a Superman

shirt came up to me and said " what's up with that

shirt (referring to my BW rise-up shirt) I have seen it

five times today... considering I am the only one who

has the shirt..... then I figured out he was on heroin...

Because I got to pick up the thing I really wanted

I used being stoked to sketch, listen to music and 

have a beer... came up with an awesome new character 

But why sketch and drink by yourself....
